Tipbet – Deceit offer

Ruling

Found for the Casino - The adjustments made to this player's balance were to remove an expired bonus that the player failed to complete.

Player's Complaint

I got to my e-mail an offer on 16th March 2019. "Hello [EDIT],

We’ve noticed that you haven’t been active recently.

So, to welcome you back in style we’re making it special for you to get off the ground with a little bit extra!

All you need to do is make your next deposit at Tipbet, and we’ll match it up to €100. You can claim your 50% Reload bonus on deposit page. But hurry, this offer is only for you and available until Monday, 18th March 2019 CET 23:59."

I made a deposit of €50 but I did not get the bonus. Before the deposit the saldo on my account was €283. There should have been the deposit and the bonus amount of €25 so the right balance should have been €358.

I contacted the Tipbet support, and after the conversation Tipbet took away money from my account and explained that "On your balance you had 283.50 euros from this balance, we removed the bonus 150 euros that you had received.

This was done as per rule 11 mentioned above."

So I made a €50 deposit but after that Tipbet removed money from my account because they said that last summer on July I had not fulfilled the bonus requirements. When I tried to make a withdrawal it did not work. And when I tried several times to make a bet, it did not work either. I have less money on my account after the €50 deposit today, - that is 208.50 euros - and I can not make a withdrawal or make any bets.

In my opinion this is clearly cheating and I hope you can help me to get at least my money back that should be €283 there was this morning. Now there is 208.50 after my deposit. I am sure I had fulfilled the requirements last summer and Tipbet only tries to cheat me from some reason. Maybe they have some difficulties.

So shortly: Tipbet sent me to my e-mail address [EDIT] an advertisement, which said: “We’ve noticed that you haven’t been active recently.

So, to welcome you back in style we’re making it special for you to get off the ground with a little bit extra

All you need to do is make your next deposit at Tipbet, and we’ll match it up to €100. You can claim your 50% Reload bonus on deposit page. But hurry, this offer is only for you and available until Monday, 18th March 2019 CET 23:59.”

I made a deposit and after that Tipbet removed right away my €50 deposit that I had just made plus 75 euros from my account. First they sent me an advertisement and asked to make a deposit, and after I did that that they took 125 euros from my account. Now the withdrawable amount is 133.50€ and the whole saldo is 208.50€, but when I tried to make a withdrawal, it did not work. I guess they have closed my account.

Best Regards

Hi herman,

I've reviewed this issue with the operator.

On 6/7/2018 you deposit €150 and received a bonus of €150. You then place bets totalling €73. At the end of this your balance was €283.50.

There was no further activity on your account until 16/3/2019 at which point you deposited €50 and received a €25 bonus. At this point - as the wagering requirements had not been completed - the original €150 bonus was removed from your account. This gave you a balance of 283.50 + 50 + 25 - 75 = €208.50.

Before you can place a withdrawal from this balance you need to complete the wagering requirement associated with this 50% bonus.

If any of the above is unclear to you let me know.

Thanks,

ThePOGG
