I made an deposit to Tipbet by date of 18.3.22 12:43AM. After I find out that my payment did not reach Tipbet I reach out the customer agent. Agent answered me that they did not receive any payment. After a week later my payment is still loss.

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
