Player's Complaint just will not pay my $5000 (2 x $2500), which I won through online sports betting. I completed all the bonus requirements (in one of the payouts I did not even have the bonus clause) It has been from 2018 March and 2018 April, and they made me complete all the re-verification. cancelled my payment twice saying they have re-designed their website, and hence forced me to cancel my payout requests and re-submit (that also after I inquired back 3-4 months later). I contacted them at least 15 time over the last 18 months. Finally, it came down to, "We are still waiting for the processor to give us the tracking number". Now that's what they keep repeating. I have all the email correspondence records.

The group you've chosen to play with is both negatively listed here and has been non-responsive to complaints submitted to us historically. Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact TopBet about this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture I have no reasonable expectation of this changing.
