I opened an account last night at around 6pm and everything was ok and then was allowed to deposit £580 over 17-18 deposits, I played up until around midnight . I logged in this morning to make another deposit only to be told my account has been blocked! I spoke to live chat and said they can’t tell me which department or why the account was blocked and was in review! They wouldn’t tell me why or when someone would get back to me!
I have never had an account with one click ltd casino to my knowledge! But these casinos are constantly being bought out by new companies. The bank card and my verification so sent in all registered to the address I set the account up with!
I am disgusted that if I had an old account with one of these sister company’s that they allow deposits of nearly £600 and then close it and block you with out any explanation or time scale!
I can’t help but feel I have been robbed and mislead into allowing an account to be opened and deposited and played but then closed down
