Resolved - After some delays with the verification of this player Vera&John has confirmed the verification and paid the player in full.

Player's Complaint

I've sent them all the documents they wanted, including a picture of me holding my driving licence and for weeks they haven' t verified my account. Can you speak to them? I have the same email registered there.
