VIP Room – not pay me and not answer my email


Found for the Player - VIP Room, despite several attempts to communicate with them about this issue, failed to offer even the most basic of responses. There is no excuse for this soft of disinterest in player issues and as such we would advise players not to engage with this venue.

Player's Complaint


I make a very nice win in VIP Room casino and after I make a withdrawal they close my account. I email them and after a long time they ask for me to send my ID card and a bill. No problem so I send this and wait for answer. I send this already 13 day ago now and after this I not get an answer still. I send another email and they say 1 week ago another department is going to look at this but I still not have an answer after one week. Can you please make contact with this casino maybe them tell you what I have to do.

To keep you in the loop, I have tried to contact VIP Room several times but have not received a response as of yet. I'll let you know if I hear anything.

Unfortunately VIP Room have chosen not to respond to repeated attempts on my part to contact them. I did receive one response stating that my initial communication - which does not contain any of the complaint details - had been forwarded on to their management team, but as no response has been forthcoming I can only assume that VIP Room are not interested in the discussion of player complaints.
