Player's Complaint

Hi I live in Toronto Canada, My name is [EDIT] and I have won 16190 Canadian dollars from Vulkan Vegas and I withdraw all my winnings at ones and the casino only paid 8840 and didn't pay the 7350. all the withdrawals were made ones and no new bets were made or any deposits. The casinos denied paying resting of my winnings saying that I created a duplicate account after 3 weeks.

I did clarify to the casino that the duplicate account was accidentally created since they allow Facebook and google authentications. There was no new play, deposit or withdrawal from the new or main account after the first withdrawal.

While my payments were due from 3 weeks ago that I withdrew money. At first, the customer services continuously lying that my payments were processed and will be deposited the next day but never happened.

I need winnings to be paid since it is my right to get my money and I will continue to complain against the casino and also inform legal authorities.
