Requested withdrawal 800 eur. Few days later they sent me email that my bank card not accept the money and to send them new bank account in order to pay. I sent them full bank statement. Now they cancelled my withdrawal and asked me to deposit by new bank account and then to request new withdrawal. Please I don't like to deposit and especially using bank account. Please yr assistance. Mthanks.

Due to the various 3 parties that operators have to work through to make payments, not all payment methods will be available in all situations. This is clearly laid out in the operator's terms and conditions:

"6.10 The Company will attempt to satisfy your wishes in terms of payment method, however, the use of payment method you prefer could not be guaranteed. Therefore, the Company may work through and perform payments using payment systems that differ from the one you requested to be used for processing your withdrawal."

As to depositing, it is standard to have to make a minimum deposit to activate a withdrawal method.
