I couldnt withraw my winning and i had made a total of deposits of 530 euro in the periode of 3december 2022 and 6 december 2022. Also apparently the casino isnt operating legaly in the netherlands wich i wasnt aware of. So i cant take any legal procedure against them in the netherlands

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
