Here are a few suggestions from their latest letter. “Therefore, we inform you again to please send both bank and Skrill statements for the last 3 months showing clearly the movement of your funds. When sending these statements, please make sure that it is in PDF file format, contains your complete name and shows all transactions made - screenshots from mobile devices are not acceptable.”

I can provide screenshots showing that all of the casino 's letters ask for a statement in the last 3 months. Do you need it?

Hello, first of all, my bank does not issue statements in PDF format more than 1 last month. I have received a statement for the last 3 months with great difficulty with the help of the bank 's main office in my city. I will not be able to provide a statement in PDF format for July - October. My bank doesn 't have that technical capability. My bank can give me information in the form of a statement printed on paper. I can take a photo of this statement and send it to you. I have no other way.
