Wild Tornado - Losing €56.300 due to a casino claiming there were two active accounts on the same IP

Player's Complaint

The easiest way to describe my complaint will be the E-mail i have sent to eildtornado support team.

The rule was not violated, as my account was verified on 26.12.2023, and the other one was closed on 16.6.2022, that meant there were not 2 account s on the same IP, how else can i explain that to you?

And also, do you not understand, that taking a video of my skype call was illegal, as you did NOT inform me, that i am being recorded?

How many times do i have to repeat that it is a basic law, that you need to inform the recorded person, that he/she is being recorded?

You violated my rights, and also took €56.300 from me, on the account which was NOT a duplicate, as only ONE account existed on that IP, and PC, as no other account existed.

The account which existed on that iP was non-existent for 18 months.

You can't get anything from me, as i lost ALL my money to dama n.v. casinos, and my life is ruined, becuse you closed my account which had €56.300 of funds on it.

You can't tell me that there were 2 active accounts, as the account which you are referring to, was closed more than a year and a half ago. (I have proof)

You should notify me, that my account is considered a "duplicate" before verifying my account.

That is YOUR mistake, and YOUR lie, as there was only ONE existing account at the time mine was verified, and i got my winnings.

I want to resolve the fact, that you also recorded me, and passed a video of me around WITHOUT notifying me, of me being recorded.

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to assist you in this situation.

In the first instance the Wild Tornado terms of use read as follows:

"Only one Account for each household, IP, PC is allowed.Any other accounts which you open subsequently on this the Website or otherwise in association with WildTornado shall be considered “Duplicate Accounts""

The above restriction is not "one active account". It is "one account". If you have registered a second account, you have breached this term.

Secondly, if you wish to contest that recording a verification call is illegal, that is a matter you would need to take up with a lawyer. It is beyond the remit of this service. However, to our knowledge, the operator does NOT have to ask your permission to record a security verification call. There are multiple other grounds under the GDPR, beyond consent, which would allow them to record and maintain a record of security verification calls, including the Legitimate Interest of the company and their legal responsibility to verify player accounts.

Hello, yes i do understand, but, that other account, was deleted in 2022, there could not be two account existing on the same IP, PC, household.

My account was created/verified in 26.12.2023, this is more than 18 months, after that other on that same IP was deleted.

Where can i send you proof of this?

HI loyalgambler2000,

Whether you have closed the previous account or not does not change the number of accounts that exist.

No operator ever "deletes" accounts, as they need to track who has received a welcome bonus already.

As previously stated, there is nothing we can do to assist you with this matter.
