Player's Complaint

I cannot believe that the casino can do such things. So, end of summer last year I started playing at Winfest casino. Had a great time, the casino has some games that I really enjoy. I happened to have a win, I won 2 887 EUR. So, I verified my documents and in the middle of September I got the first part of my win, I received 1000 EUR. After this the casino asked me to send one more doc, which I did. Then I claimed the withdrawal of the rest of my win, but without any result. In the end of November I got an email from the casino about the confiscation of my win, they explained to me that I have played restricted games. But this is just impossible… I checked the terms before I started playing. I saved the page in one of the archives shortly after I won. It was the beginning of September, I just could not remember the exact site, I found it now, this is the link http://archive.is/Onilx. I had a win on 28th of August, the date of the screenshot - 4th September. The conclusion is obvious I guess...

Firstly, you're complaining about a group of operators that are Blacklisted with this service, inconsistent in their response to complaints and whose members have been historically been identified retroactively changing terms to avoid paying wins. The chances we can do anything to help you are slim.

Secondly, you have given detail of the term they accuse you of breaking so it's impossible to say whether it was present on the archive you reference.

I think I was not clear in my complaint. The casino claimed that I breached the terms by playing the Blood Suckers. My point is that at that moment there were no games resatrictions..... The casino added the games restrictions provision...
