Found for the Player - Despite repeated efforts to contact WinnerMillion about this complaint we have received no relevant response from the operator.

Player's Complaint

It's not been possible to self exlude myself. I have been sent so many emails explaining that I have gambling problems and asking for permanent exlusion but no one never no response. I have lost 75£ now because i can't close my account. I just want that lock my account for life.

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Winner Million do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Secondly, the group you have chosen to play with are both negatively listed here and have historically been non-cooperative in the management of complaints submitted to this service. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf at the appropriate junctures, the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Finally, if you feel you are struggling to control your gambling I would recommend installing our free responsible gambling app BetBlocker on your internet capable devices. It will stop your devices being able to go to over 5.5k gambling operator sites including WinnerMillion.

Unfortunately WinnerMillion have become non-responsive to our repeated requests for information regarding your case. At this juncture I have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

Unfortunately due to the lack of regulatory information there's nothing further we can recommend you do.
