I was playing at a sister casino site of 24pokies called WPOKIES but I couldnt find it on your list so thats why I selected 24pokies.

I recently registered an account with WPokies and had my account verified within 2weeks of playing at WPokies cause I like the selection of Playtech, Netent and Novomatic games that arent easily accessible in Australia anymore and have deposited numerous times with no problems.

I have played at many online casinos over the years and am well aware of the many loopholes in regards to bonuses and maximum bets and of course wagering requirements so I made sure that I read thru the t&c's before playing. Now on this occasion I received an email in regards to a 500% deposit bonus and made a deposit of $150 and played for a few days with this deposit - finally hitting a big win of around 3k. I checked into my account balance to see exactly when i would be able to withdraw and seen I had around 18k to get thru before being able to withdraw and thought I probably wouldnt see any profit cause it is extremely high number to overcome but luck was on my side that day and I had a win of 10k by that time i checked my balance again and I still had another 8k to wager in order to withdraw. As time went on I ended up completing that and had a total withdrawalable balance of $27425.75 as I made withdraw it said the maximum I could withdraw in 1 week was 10k which I then proceeded with as a wire bank transfer as that was the only option available, I received an email with my withdraw request and the 10k went into pending. This was on the 1 Nov 2018

Firstly I need to make you aware that the reason that this group offer Playtech, NetEnt and Novomatic games that are not widely available in Australia is because these games are non-genuine, untested or certified illegal copies of these providers games. We have had this directly confirmed by Net Entertainment. It is highly unlikely you will find legitimate versions of these games within the Australian market today.

We'll try to contact the operator on your behalf, but this is a group that have been non-cooperative historically.

Thankyou very much for looking into this for me. Since contacting you I have made numerous attempts with livechat on wpokies and their support address support[@]wpokies.com and still no reply. Live chat have still been assuring me that my withdrawal is coming but it is being processed by finances dept with no eta on when the funds will be sent?? Now it seems when I log into wpokies site the live chat button isnt on my screen anymore?? So after doin some research I found the casino 4crownscasino.com who offer the same games & looks like same website just different name & opened an account with them & jumped onto the live chat there & when i explained i couldnt get anyone on livechat at wpokies could they check my pending withdrawal for me & sure enough they found my account & said it was still in the process of being wired to my bank account. I know how hard it is to get in contact with these casinos so I hope this new info will help u in trying 2 get someone 2 get back 2 u. Once again I appreciate you trying to help me recover my winnings cause it is just devastating to me even thinking of how much money i have put into wpokies & pokiesway casino trying to land that windfall & then to finally hit the big one & to have this happen is so heartbreaking so I appreciate any help I can on this.

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact this operator we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture I have no reasonable grounds to expect this situation to change in the near future and no other options to try. As the operator are unlicensed I cannot even direct you to a regulatory agency to contact.
