Player's Complaint

Hi, so I recently won 1200 on zodiac casino I ended up playing 200 of it back so my cash out should've been 1000. But 3 days after winning and cashing out I get a letter saying they have closed my account due to other accounts from my computer. The thing is I have 2 room mates who also use the same household computer! When I told them I won both wanted to go ahead and try as well! I know one of them did for sure not sure if both tried but the one who didn't try didn't win. She has her own email completely different from mine. We rent our home per room rental and all share the same living area through school. So how could it be wrong for the household to use the same gambling site? Anyways ya so they have blocked me from my account and refuse to pay out the money they owe. Oh ya and by the way when I asked the one girl I know of for sure if she was blocked from her account she tried signing in and wasn't blocked and she still had 33.08 left in her account!! So why am I the only one blocked? And if she decides to cash out are they not going to tell her until they owe her money then do the same thing?

Thanks [EDIT]

Hi tannisgrant - welcome to!

Unfortunately we're not going to be able to do anything to help you in this instance as you have violated casino terms and conditions:

"All promotions can only be claimed once per computer, mobile device, person, household, family, household address, email address, credit card number, IP address or shared computer environment such as a library, workplace, fraternity, university or school. Any winnings associated with a bonus being claimed more than once will be confiscated and the casino account locked."

As you'll see above, your living situation is clearly prohibited from having more than one account. This is due to it being very difficult tell the difference between those who are genuinely individuals and those who is running accounts under multiple names to repeatedly receive bonuses they're not entitled to. Regardless, you and your flat mates all agreed to these terms at the time you signed up.

Sorry we can't be of more help,
