I have made some exciting winnings and have won up to 1500$ , my luck was never been so great , I inquired for withdrawing and have been given a confirmation number successfully, as well was informed the money would take 48h before seeing it in my bank account. A email was send to me of my pending winnings. Fallowing a other email stating that my winnings are and still confiscated and are voided for the reason of multiple accounts. Never will I again attempt to play for free spins

Zodiac has confiscated my winnings, stating I have other open accounts, I recall having the zodiac account in use only .

Unfortunately, the details that you provided do not match any account at Zodiac Casino. However the operator has done a search using part of the details you provided and claims to have found multiple accounts both at Zodiac and at other operators within the Casino Rewards group, registered to allow you to claim bonuses multiple times. They have not provided evidence supporting this claim, but if this were to prove to be true we would unquestionably support non-payment.
