I be seen I should not be able to gamble on there site they took £8075 of me and then asked me gamble more as they said going give £900 back asked send proof of my self so did but soon money went out my bank they closed site stop the emails and can't contact on phone so just took all my money and run is there anything you can do to help me?

Unfortunately there is not going to be anything we can do to help you in this instance.
While you are correct that 14Red do not hold a UKGC license and are breaking UK law by doing so, preventing unlicensed operators from accepting traffic is the responsibility of the relevant licensing authority (the UKGC). Where we uphold complaints it is based on something fundamentally unfair occurring within the gambling transaction. This group's failure to abide by UK law has not directly impacted the outcome of the transactions you engaged in. They also offer games from providers that are largely the same as those that UKGC licensed operators offer. As such we would not uphold a complaint against an operator on this basis alone.
