Im having a lot of trouble with 1bet.com. The worst customer experince possible. 10 days ago i requested 100 euro withdrawal via visa card i used for deposits and also the last deposit from which i requested withdrawal. After 2 days i was told ther is a technical issue with payment provider. Every day they said they will contact me with an update. Ofcourse they didnt. After 7 days they said i should use ecopayz instead and the withdrawal will be quick.The next morning they declined my withdrawal sayinf i have to rollover amount of all deposits combined 5 times and then i will be able to withdraw. I also accomplished this task. After that they requested screen shots of ecopayz which i also provided. Next they want to have a receipt of paysafecard i bought 3 weeks ago on a gas station. Ofcourse i didnt keep this receipt. This was my only deposit with other method than my visa card. I have never had to provide receipt for paysafecard with any bookmaker. Paysafecard is not connected with any personal data. Its impossible to say who actually bought it even if i had a receipt. Even if i provided this nonsense proof of payment they would find another reason not to pay me.I deposited with paysafecard with other bookmakers and it was always easy to withdraw with bank transfer. I lost this deposit with paysafecard anyway. As you can see they will justify not paying in any possible way. Please help me out.
