Player's Complaint

How is it possible to let a customer earn close to $ 7000 to withdraw all of his profits in one fell swoop? How is it possible to act in this way and how legal is this action possible? I know that in the terms and conditions it says that a sign up bonus can not exceed $ 100 in cash after a deposit of $ 100? I have a truck accident 2 years ago and that money that they made me a new start after loosing everything i ad before that accident.

Hi stolenmoney - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Firstly, this is an English language service. We can only accept posts in the English language for legal reasons. I've translated this post using Google Translate - please make sure you translate before posting in future.

As to your complaint - I'm not sure I'm following. Are you saying that you've played a bonus that had a maximum allowed win and you're only being allowed to withdraw $100?

Thanks,

ThePOGG
