Player's Complaint

on August 25th I won 1500 euros in real money in this casino, after depositing more than 400 euros in three days, then I requested a withdrawal which was canceled for account checks on September 1st, they asked me to send the address bitcoin through email to prove that you really are a real person.

After sending the bitcoin address where to send the money by e-mail and making sure that they had really received it, I waited patiently, today on 8 September they canceled the withdrawal again to carry out checks on my gaming account.

They are delaying my withdrawal request in every way I think to see if tired of waiting I can permanently lose the money I won two weeks ago.

I specify that I have successfully passed the verification of my account and the telephone number I have just registered.
