o have high referrals and as im banned i dont k ow exactly how much i have .
But my complain is about this casino closing thousands of accounts recently .i asked victims they said in common that they clicked withdraw or having high referrals or high balances .they ban me blaiming my avatar photo .its a green popsicle.
And i contacted Australian government they referred me to related authorities and they told me in email that thousands of their citizens are scammed in this casino and therefore they blocked bcgame in australia tovstart investigations https://www.acma.gov.au/publications/2022-11/instruction/formal-warning-blockdance-bv-bcgame

For me . No my country is not restricted but i think they banned my account cos i had high referral commission. Many others have this exact situation .
That casino first blamed my avatar photo for ban tellin me that your acatar is similar to suicide .but my avatar was a green popsicle and it is now . I dont have access to my account to show it . Then i said its a popsicle they raised another hoax in trustpilot that im gambling addicted .they do theses terms to many comments and label ppl to ban them . I have a store and dont have time to be gambler .i was only there for my referrals .

Firstly, we can only pursue claims on behalf of the account holder. We cannot assist you with a claim on behalf of other account holders.
Secondly, there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. As explained in our Complaints FAQs we do not pursue refunds of losses based on lack of license. If your own government cannot prevent unlicensed operators from accepting their citizens, there is no possibility of the operator offering a refund simply on the basis of us asking them to.
