im new in playing casino games and i made an account and won alot of money and i made a withdraw, next time i logged in i had only 100euro balance (which was my deposit) and 5900e gone. the casino said they took the money because ive broken role 12.1 All bonuses can only be used once per person, family, address, email address, credit card number, bank account, phone number, computer/device and/or IP address. i dont understand how can i break that rule when i havent played casinos before?

"person" is only one of the options on that list. Has this bonus been claimed by someone else at your address, using your email address, using your payment method, sharing a phone number with you, or using your device or IP address?
