Player's Complaint

Sigh... How are we here. I don't know. I've had so much success with sites I've dealt with lately that, perhaps, I've become a little to comfortable. Here is the chain of events.

Deposit $100 at casinotoken.com and get a $50 bonus. Fail to clear the wagering and cancel the bonus.

Deposit $133 at casinotoken.com and get no bonus. Lose it.

Deposit $250 at Casinotoken - wager at least 5x maybe 10x and request a cashout for $800.

Well, this is where the fun begins. First off, they tell me I have to clear the wagering of the initial bonus, which was $2500. I had already done this.

Next, they tell me that I have to clear that wagering at only 3 specific games:

'Please, upload all necessary documents in to your account documents page and complete your wager on the following games only: Crazy Starter, Lucky Lady's Clover, Domnitors or Desert Treasure.'

Next, and this is the best, they tell me I need to wager my $250 deposit, which was completely raw, no bonus, a total of 50X. That's $12,500 wagering just to withdraw! Insanity, I think I may be done with online gambling altogether if this is not resolved.

Just want to add some details:

They will no respond to me in specifics about anything. How much money do I have left to wager? They get angry "we already told you. figure it out".

Their terms and conditions are vague and misleading. One clause says they will consider refunds if within 24 hrs. I asked to just give me my deposits back. They said that clause didn't exist until I sent it to them. Obviously denied.

They refer to something as a "bonus profile" but never define what it is exactly. They use this again you when you do a raw deposit.

Same terms and conditions says wagering is 12x on a raw deposit.

Same terms and conditions say that if you ever cancel a withdrawal for any reason that you have to wager whatever money is in your account 50x again.

This is the most predatory stuff I have ever seen in my life and I've literally played at almost every online casino.

1.6.1.4 Non VIP accounts with active bonus profile are having max cashout limit of $200 or equivalent in player's account currency, VIP accounts with active bonus profile are having unlimited cashout. For non VIP accounts the sum above mentioned will be reduced by CasinoToken internal system automatically at the end of every calendar month.

Max cashout on my $250 deposit is $200

Last update. They are making inconspicuous changes to the site: 1. Fake askgamblers logo removed 2. Changed it so you don't have to scroll endlessly to get to terms and conditions page. Also, there software shows that my money is available to cashout. They have still not emailed me back about how much left of my "wager I have left". Please help, getting anxious. [EDIT]

This is resolved. Even direx NV exasperated by their behaviour but I am getting my full cash out. Site deserves to be blacklisted and on a rogue list.
