Player's Complaint
I have issue with Casinoeuro. I made account 18.11.2022 and played my first deposit ever on this casino.
I took welcome bonus, 100 eur deposit 100% bonus till 100 eur and played and wagered the bonus. After wagering I had balance 6000 eur with I decided to withdrawal.
Then they asked documents from me, and I sent all what they asked for and yesterday they were accepted.
Then, suddenly, they announced me that I have broke rule 12.1. (All bonuses can only be used once per person, family, address, email address, credit card number, bank account, phone number, computer/device and/or IP address.)
That accusation does not hold true,
-I played this casino first time of my life, and no other of my family or same address has never played this casino.
-Address where I am playing, I live alone.
-My bank account where I played this casino, no one other has never played on this or other casinos from there.
-My IP address comes from my mobile phone hotspot, and I have never share my hotspot anyone other.
-My device wich I used to play this casino is brand new computer, which has never played this casino before or any other casino.
-My email address or my credit card has never used to play this casino before.
Every step I named below, I can proof. This casino is trying ugly way to keep my winnings on itself. Could you please help me with this?
