Player's Complaint
Hi my complaint is regarding online Cleopatra casino.
My details are as follows

I deposited $50 of my money with NO deposit bonus.
I won around $19,000 yesterday and the casino forfeited my winnings.
When I tried to withdraw it bounced back I asked why they said I need to verify my card so I did then I withdrew again and it bounced back then I asked why they said all good it will work now so I withdrew again and it bounced back then they said oh you won that money with $10 we added to your account so all your winnings a forfeited. They said I turned a button on that allows them to I said I never turned on any button I don't no anything about this button.
All customer agents have been unhelpful and I've had no help in resolving.
One customer service agent even apologised and said "I'm sorry such a thing has happened to you"
Please help me resolving this.
