Player's Complaint

Back in Feb/March 2018 I registered an account with Conquer Casino and took a deposit bonus of roughly £200. I then went on and completed the wagering and made a withdrawal of £3000. Few days later I login to my account and take another bonus which resulted in me losing the money with a remainder of 1 penny in the balance. My withdrawal of £3000 was still pending and I accidentally cancelled the withdrawal and went to instantly withdraw the money again, but I was not allowed to do this as the 1 penny in the account was tied into over £10,000 of wagering. I had already withdrawn this £3000 but Conquer Casino refused to let me put the withdrawal through again without completing the wagering. Luckily, I went on to complete the wagering and withdrew the £3,000 again. A couple of weeks later I went on to win over £40,000 playing slots. When withdrawing I was only allowed to do £3000 at a time and maximum of £6,000 per month. So, I would've had to wait over 6 months to receive the full amount. Conquer were reluctant to increase my withdrawal limit and with having a gambling problem I wanted this money processed as fast as possible, so I didn't lose it. I went onto losing most of the money and ended up registering with Gamstop. A few months later whilst being registered with Gamstop/self-excluded from Conquer Casino, I was then allowed to re-open my account with Conquer Casino and lose over £400. I did challenge this with the company over a few months and eventually they agreed to give me my money back but with only signing a disclosure document agreeing to not to come after them for my big win early in the year which they wouldn't increase my withdrawal limits for. I still signed this disclaimer as was very desperate for the money. I understand their T&C's and that I am not allowed to give this information to any 3rd party provider but I am still willing to take this as far as possible as Progress play Ltd should not be allowed to operate full stop and all their casino's are like this. They have no contact number, very difficult to get any help over the chat. When sending an email, it can take days for a response.

I would like to challenge them for my big win last year in 2018 as they have also been fined by the Gambling commission for unfair player withdrawal.

Hi skip23 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

If you have already specifically signed an agreement waiving your legal right to pursue any further funds then there is nothing we can do to help you.

All I can suggest you do is contact the UKGC if you have concerns that your treatment has not been in line with license conditions.

Thanks,

ThePOGG
