Cookie casino wont pay withdrawals.

They are joking with players.

Online you found many cases where is same problem.

If i look my game account, withdrawal is processed but money never come.Also i have contacted to Trustly Group Ab, and they tell me to ask with this casino pay out reciept, also this is impossible. I m feel that im cheated.

It was 21.7.2020 and casino first tell me that it may be take 1 day, after that they tell me it may be take 48h and agter that it was allready 3 days...

Customer support in casino just dont give me correct answers.

Also because i have heard so many complains with this casino, i think it is imposaible to withdrawal anythinf from there

Hello!

Today is 27.7.2020 and i still not have recieved withdrawal from Cookie Casino. They tell me that it is under investigation. For god say, how long they gonna investigate this? Last week they tell me that Trustly have same delays but actually reason is from the casino side not Trustly side.

I really don’t know what to do.. I think Cookie Casino have just streching time... i have sended so many emails , with proofs, also bank statement that i really dont have recieved money.

Trustly Group Ab recommended to ask me from Cookie Casino Pay Out reciept , but if i am asking this, they say no.

Have you contacted Cookie Casino? I don't understand how long it takes to figure things out in a casino.

They just streching time and i belive new reasons coming soon why NOT pay out my withdrawal.

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
