I have made my first withdrawal request (1600 euro) on 20 July, after almost 40 days of waiting, they suggested me to reverse the cashout and play a little more to get money (!!!???), I did this, play for 2 days increasing my balance to 3200 (my maximum cashout for that Bonus is 200 euro) then I went in chat and a guy told me " Please make your withdrawal of only 1600 euro" (!!!???) . Well this was done on 1 September, I am still waiting for the cashout, every day in chat they write the same words : ^You will get your money soon" , Wait some more days , and something like this. I think they will never pay me, I read that this is a Blacklisted Casino almost everywhere...but I ask you to help me. Thank you

Unfortunately we've had no response what-so-ever from CrazyLuck despite repeated emails. At this stage there really isn't any realistic expectation of this operator responding.

You are right, Crazy Luck casino are Blacklisted widely across the industry for exactly this type of issue, including here. While I will contact the operator and see what we can do, I don't anticipate receiving a response. I'll let you know if we hear anything.
