Player's Complaint


Hello I've been trying to resolve a problem with this casino for now over two years which is over a withdraw that they stalled for over five months and ended up telling me it would be sent to me in a cheque 10,000$ a month after a lot of emails and phonecalls and I ended up in a coma for a month and had to learn to walk again and stuff I have all documents from the hospital to verify this so basically once I got out I had a bit of rehab to go thru .. then I got straight into it trying to recover these funds any way now it's come time to get in touch with there adr or complaints support team as we can't agree with any thing due to my evidence and there lack of evidence or supporting emails or any thing when I have everything they ask for ... so any way I need help either fixing this problem then pay out I would love help from u please to do this ? Other wise I want help with there adr and complaints team .. please please help me either way as I can't just let the m rip me of almost a quarter of a million dollars.

Unfortunately it is unlikely we will be able to help you with this issue. The group you have chosen to play with is both negatively listed with this service and has historically been non-cooperative in the management of complaints. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Hi pimpgee,

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact Gaming Club Casino about this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture I have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

All we can suggest you do in this situation would be to contact the operator's ADR eCOGRA. Alternatively if you would prefer to pursue legal action, my understanding is that offer a no win no fee service specialising in online gambling issues.

Sorry we could not be of further help.
