December 14th 2018. I used a welcome bonus with Go Fish Casino of 400% with wagering requirements of playing the deposit plus bonus x33 with no other requirements to fulfil. I then went on to successfully win over $1500 AUD. I then applied for withdrawal of $1000 AUD. Also successful. Then was requested for identification proof. Also successful.After confirmations from live chat staff, I allowed their 4-18 day processing period checking daily and all was fine. Then the day after Christmas, my $1000 AUD win was cancelled by accounts management team and a measly $150 payout was put in place with no notification at all - lucky I was checking on the process daily. I reached out on live chat. The people there said that it was wrong and put forward my complaint to the account manager. Received an email from a '[EDIT]' stating I could only withdraw 10x the initial deposit. That is not a requirement for the welcome bonus. I emailed back with photographic evidence that her statement is incorrect and to rectify the situation. Communication has now ceased and I'm left without any actual cash winnings at all. I really could use some help with this situation.
