Player's Complaint

Date: 18/4 2016. I was going to play the iGame casino and deposit some money. When I did so the website gave me Error. I tried again with the same result. I played for Free for a while and then tried again, same error. I knew I had funds in my bank. With that in mind I continued to play for free with the fact stated that I knew no money were debited.

The next day I went to the store to buy food for the week. My payment were denied. Shocked, I went home to look it up with my bank. iGame was in fact debited my card with 8600 SEK. Even when they said they didn't. So the games I played were not for free? It was actually my own money who were meant to pay my food and rent?

I've been stated this to the Swedish report with the answer that this usually don't happen, and it does the refund should be credited back to the card within 72 hours. It has now been 15 days and I haven't received a dime, only a lot of apologies and promises about investigations and screenshots that is irrelevant.

If this will go unresolved, I will take them to court for fraud and manipulation.

I was in contact with Unibet group a minute ago. They can't get ANY information on me in the register. iGame is a Standalone group going under Unibet group.

Today they notified me that I was wrong and they were right all along. They also blocked my account without further information or proof. I have now blocked my bank card and notified them about the money fraud, also I filed this "event" to the swedish police.

Hi Johandrej, I've managed to get hold of iGame casino. To move forward with the discussion of your complaint they need you to provide them with permission to discuss your account. That being the case I need you to email [EDIT] stating specifically that you give iGame permission to discuss the details of your account with [EDIT] at ThePOGG.com. If you could CC in [email protected] that would be appreciated. Thanks, ThePOGG

What the above shows is a pattern where you make a deposit, play until that deposit's gone, then go back and make a further deposit. If as you claim you were making deposits and did not believe these to be going through I would expect to see certain behaviour patterns which are absent from your play history. Specifically, I would expect to see the below: If you were trying to deposit and did not believe that the deposit had gone through I would expect to see multiple attempts to deposit. It's a natural response when you do not get the expected result from a computer to try again - this is why many banking pages in all different sectors have clear warnings to users to only click the 'Buy' button once. Instead what's shown in the play history is single attempts to process a deposit in all instances where the deposit was successfully made and multiple attempts only on the 2 occasions where the deposits genuinely failed. If you believed a deposit had failed, I would expect delays as you tried to contact a support agent to get help. Instead what we see above is a pattern wherein after each deposit you very quickly move back into a game and commence play. Over 9 deposits you took an average of 56 seconds between completing your deposit and starting play. This figure is being skewed by the first deposit where a bonus was involved. If we remove that from the data set you averaged 27s between completing your deposit and placing your first wager. In fact in 5 out of the 9 instances you return to playing less than 10 seconds after the supposed failed deposit. My point here is that the delays while you try to figure out what's gone wrong with your deposit are not present, in fact you respond to what you claim to be failed deposits not by trying to deposit again or trying to contact support but returning almost immediately to playing. In all but one instance after you deposit you go in to play a game and proceed to play until your balance drops to the point where you could not place the same wager again that you placed on the previous round. In the one instance where you initiate a deposit before your balance is entirely depleted you only had enough remaining funds for 2 further bets at the previous wager amount, i.e. a very low balance. If you were simply looking to refresh a free play balance you could just reload the game, but instead each time you make a deposit you play and only try to deposit again when you have insufficient funds to continue to wager at your current level. You never go into other games to try and play for free. After each bust out you return to the cashier, make a single attempt to deposit and only return to playing at the point where the deposit has been successful. The simple facts of this issue are that the behaviour that you exhibited does not conform to the patterns I would expect to see from a player who was experiencing issues depositing and genuinely believed that they were only gambling in free play mode. As such this case will be ruled in favour of iGame. ThePOGG
