Player's Complaint
I cashed out and requested a check by courier as I didn't have a bitcoin account at the time of cashing out. I also wasn't aware that it was illegal to cash an international online gambling check in the U.S. I asked them to cancel the check, they asked for a scan of the check with bank stamp, I provided that and an e-mail from a manager at my bank explaining why it was not able to be cashed. They asked for the same information twice, and told me to make another bank account and try there. I explained it was not legal to cash this check in the U.S. and they sent the same cookie-cutter request for information. Obviously if my bank stamped the check and I have it, it did not go through. Today they told me they needed the check to be stamped "rejected" or something to that amount, and I needed a formal letter from the bank telling my why it was rejected. This process has been going on for well over a month, as the check was returned on Nov 6 of 2017. I got fed up and don't know where else to turn. I simply want them to cancel the check, I'll pay the $40 stop payment fee, and I just want it to be credited to my account so I can take it out in bitcoin. This has caused financial hardship as I thought I had the cash, and used it to pay bills, then my account went negative. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The check is not stamped with anything other than the bank's deposit stamp, which again, I would not have if it wasn't returned. It is on a national "Do not Transact" list due to it being an international online gambling check. Please let me know if you are able to help. Thank you so much, [EDIT].
