Loco Panda - Refusal to Pay

Found for the Player - Loco Panda failed to offer even a basic response to the several attempts we made to contact them. As they do not hold a valid gambling license there was no regulator to approach to resolve the issue.

Player's Complaint

Around the 20th of April, I hit a jackpot for 2900.00 on one of the games and made the playthrough on it and I cashed out 2000.00. They then sent me an email stating that due to an administrative decision and security reasons my account has been deactivated. My deposit was refunded. I have deposited here several times in the past. They decide to deactivate my account because I was able to cashout. They are not even licensed out of Curacao like they claim. I just want my payout of 2000.00.

Before I can do anything to assist you I need you to provide me with the username and email address you use at Loco Panda so that we can locate your account.

I do suspect that Loco Panda will be uncooperative when it comes to discussing this complaint. They've recently been moved to our Blacklist for misrepresenting a Curacao license and ARE aware that this has happened. Since that point they've become non-communicative, but I'm happy to give it a go.

I'm afraid that up till this point Loco Panda casino have been unresponsive to our attempts to communicate with them.

I'm going to keep trying for the next couple of weeks, but at this stage I'm not expecting to receive a response from them.

Hi lilsis171,

I'm afraid that Loco Panda have been completely non-responsive to several attempts to communicate with them and given that they do not appear to hold any valid gambling license I can't see any further avenue of pursuit. I'm afraid to say it, but I don't see any hope of getting your funds returned.

This group have held a negative reputation with many well known sites for a long time and I would strongly encourage you to have a look at some reviews before joining casinos in future.
