Player's Complaint

Good evening. I have on December 14th deposited € 3500 in the casino MEGARUSH (which I can't find in the list). A week later, on December 21st, 2020, I'll get 10% cashback. I wanted to withdraw this and instructed it to withdraw using the same method as for depositing (Neteller). The casino then wrote me that it needed proof.

I have now sent the casino a total of 10-15 screenshots via email. But it is still not enough for the casino.

I have sent the casino screenshots about Casinowins and the deposit at Neteller via my private bank account.

I informed the casino that the deposit was made through Casinowins, my salary as well as the money saved in my private bank account. Now the casino wants to have more proof of my private bank account with which I did not even deposit. I was very helpful towards the casino but I'm at the end of my life with my Latain. I do not see that I am sending the casino more pictures of my private bank account even though I have not deposited with them. I ask that you take care of the matter. The casino refuses to pay out and has also blocked my player account as long as this is running so that I can no longer enter the username in the casino.

What you describe would be a standard source of wealth check that would be conducted any time there are concerns that the person named on the account may not be the person controlling the account or that the funds used to gamble with may not legally belong to the person named on the account. You would need to comply with this request before we could help you further.
