i deposited 21 eouro and it didnt get to my account and i wrote to live support and they tried to solve it by me sending screenshots to them of the deposit and the told me they need to figure out where my money is. He said they will contact me via mail but they havent for 3 days now.

When i try to log in to my account on megaslot i cant get in? And i have mailed their support and they refuse to respond.

I need my money back and some kind of compensation because of all the trouble i have to go trough to get my money. this casino should be responsible for this.

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
