Player's Complaint

On 28/08/2019 i played at Mobil6000 casino. I used the welcome bonus. When i wagered the right amount i withdraw my winnings. I guess it was start of September when they blocked my account and I've been asking them that what is wrong but they dont want to co-operate with me and they say that i just need to wait. I've have been send them multiple times my id and all the other verification documents that they wanted but nothing is happening.

Update

Today at 31.10.2019 mobil6000 casino transferred me 100€. They say that "Winnings have been confiscated as your actions were against bonus term and conditions".

I am 100% sure that i didn't break any rules or what so ever.
