Player's Complaint

Dear Pogg,

Im sorry to botter you with this, but The company will not solve it with me. I have an issue about hidden bonus features.

The first time Id deposited I lost everything really soon so the second time I put money on it as well. Two times 100 euro. Both times a bonus was activated.

The second time was a real joy and soon I’ve made 2000 euros with playing live roulette. There was no moment that a bet was not accepted. I tried to cash it out but this was not possible yet due to bonusreasons. I could not specify the reason but with some investigation Ive found out that the wagering was not finished.

I kept successfully playing until the wagering was finished, and lost the half of that money. I put in a withdraw request and soon afterwards I received the email that they could not finish the transaction due to exceeding max bet of 5 eur per time. (Received on sunday at 18:02)

It feels for me that n1 has taken 900 euros from me because they put only the 100 euros back in my account.

Let me further explain this feeling:

1. While selecting the bonus the max bet of 5 euro is not mentioned right away like the wagering. Its hidden in the terms and conditions. But the max bet constriction is a very good reason to decline this kind of bonusoffer. Playing with a bet of max 5 euro does not give the excitement in live roulette.

2. While i was playing every single bet was possible and accepted!

I’ve made bets of more than 300 euro per bet and every single time they accepted the bet. It should have been declined because it was not in line with your terms and conditions. In that case this frustration would NEVER happened

3. The alleged bonus was 50 percent of 100 euros, it does not feels like a bonus with this many hidden constrictions.

Normally i do not make any fuss about rules but this does not feel right. I tried to solve it with N1 casino customer care but they gave a negative outcome.

Hereby my official complaint against N1-casino. With “hidden” rules and full game functionality its for me not trustworthy and I question their ethics.

Thank you in advance for consideration.

Kind regards,

Hi maiks - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

As we are the ADR for the N1 Interactive Ltd license under the Malta Gaming Authority license there is certain information we have to provide you now.

You can find all the relevant information about this service here – http://thepogg.com/terms-of-use/ and the terms of use for our complaint service here - https://thepogg.com/terms-of-use-for-dispute-resolution-service/

To summarise.

– Use of this service does not preclude your seeking redress through court proceedings .

– This service is free to use for both the complainant and operator.

– At any point during the procedure the submitting party retains the right to withdraw their complaint. This does not preclude our right to continue the discussion with the involved operator of general issues related to the complaint (i.e. insufficiently clear terms and conditions).

– You are not obliged to obtain independent or legal advice or representation, though you may choose to do so.

If you have any questions about the above, let me know.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. If you have broken the maximum allowed bet term while playing with a bonus you have voided the bonus contract. The operator are at that point within their rights to reset both parties to pre-contract positions. There are no current regulatory requirements in any jurisdiction that we are aware of that would require operators to automatically enforce these terms. It is your responsibility to adhere to the rules associated with any bonus you accept. All we could suggest is that you ensure you read and understand the terms and conditions of any bonus you claim in future.

Sorry we cannot be of further help.

The North American country of Canada shares a border with The United States of America and has coasts on the Atlantic, Arctic and Pacific oceans. The population of Canada is currently in the region of 37.8 million people. With regard to the gambling sector, Canada has historically existed in a grey area but in recent years there has been a move towards officially recognizing that casino gaming, slots play, horse racing, lottery play, video lottery play, charitable gaming and interactive gaming are permitted in the country’s borders. There is no land-based licensor, but online gambling appears to be perfectly legal for Canadian citizens who wish to play.

The above information is what we believe to be the the legal status of online gambling, however information on this topic is limited and hard to find. We accept no liability for any errors or ommissions. It is the reader’s responsibility to ensure that they know the legality of online gambling in their country before engaging with any online gambling service.
