Found for the Player - Despite our repeated efforts to discuss this issue with Paddy Power, we have received no response what-so-ever from the operator.

I deposited roughly 400 pounds and won 10570 pounds and paddy power closed my account on business grounds refunded my deposit only and refuse to pay out.
HI they asked me to supply all documentation which they verified and said I had passed security. They told me that they closed my account on business grounds and they did not have to give me an explanation nor would I receive my winnings. They refunded my deposit and froze the account. They then proceeded to ask for more documents 3 types of I'd that was provided and verified and they closed the account and will not respond to any more of my emails.i will email you all the documented evidence and chats with customer support. I telephoned also and the girl said I don't have to give a reason sorry for the frustration and hung up the phone.

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact the operator about this issue we have had no response what-so-ever. I have no reasonable expectation of this situation changing.
All we can recommend you do at this stage is contact Paddy Power's UKGC approved ADR IBAS or alternatively look to pursue legal action against the operator. Greentablelegal.com may be able to assist with this if you choose to go down that road.
