I deposited 35 dollars claimed a promotion started winning when I tried to withdraw i wasn't able to yet so I called the man said play 279 more dollars and you will be able to so I did that and won a whole lot more 8000 total. I played 4000 back and requested withdraw two separate transactions of 2000 I got email for me to send some things in to verify my information so I did they emailed back and said it was reviewed and approved that they would be sending out a check that the check department was having issues would be fixed in few days then all random I get email that my winnings were voided due to something in the rules okay sure why when it's time to pay out did this bs happen. PLEASE HELP

You can see that we've acknowledged the maximum allowed bet of $10 at this time. As such we know they were included in the general bonus terms and conditions when you played.
