Player's Complaint

I won 700€ from Slotwolf-casino on 09.04.2020 by using affiliate bonus. Managed to wager it through but now casino refuses to pay my winnings and deleted all the winnings from the account. They say that I have broken their terms and conditions by having multiple accounts. I only have 1 account on their website. I have made my account via my phone which is only in my personal use. Asked the reason from the support agent and she told me I have created multiple accounts on my IP-address. However I haven’t got multiple accounts but logged in the casino on my friend’s computer. Logging in on shared devices is not forbidden in the T&C. Also confirmed my account by e-mail and sent the requested documents including my ID, proof of address and photo from the online bank. I already tried to negotiate with the Slotwolf but they don’t agree to pay the winnings or even respond my messages.

Sadly, in that case there is nothing we can do to help you. SlotWolf bonus terms and conditions are as follows:

"All bonus offers are strictly limited to one per: person and their family, home address, email address, IP-address, telephone number, account number, credit or debit card number, e-wallet number, payment system account (Neteller, Skrill, etc.), one electronic device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.)."

If you have both played with the same bonus from the same IP address you have violated the above term.

I've reviewed the IP records for both accounts and both accounts did in fact use the same bonus from the same IP address in breach of bonus terms. That being the case there is nothing we can do to assist you.
