i won 4000 and withdrew the funds, after a week of following up and being told that i had to wait for the 72 hours they then sent me an email that they wont be paying me because i breached the bonus rules of betting more than 5, i would never bet that high unless i knew that the wagering period was over as i wouldnt risk loosing money pls help me because i truly believe that i had won this money fair and square if you need any more details pls email me anytime AND i will respond asap thank you very much. i have good faith that your representation will serve me good and get the outcome customers like myself who has been untreated fairly.

I'll contact the operator and see what we can find out for you but I do need to be clear from the outset that if you have bet more than the maximum allowed bet during the wagering requirements there will be nothing we can do for you.

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact Spartan Slots to discuss this issue we have receive no response what-so-ever. At this juncture I have no reasonable expectation of a change in approach from Spartan Slots.
