Today I have a casino account blocked due to the fact that my account has duplicates. Over the past few months I have been making a lot of deposits and I had two withdrawals. There were no complaints before. Today, when I requested a withdrawal, they blocked my account and refused to even return the deposit. The support service did not respond readily and rudely. There is no evidence that I have a duplicate account in this casino. it's just not there and it's not true. I would like the casino to return all my deposits for all the time, minus the payment system commission and deduct my two withdrawals!
