Springbok - max bet violation

Player's Complaint

Good morning,

I have been playing at Springbok for quite some time now, so I understand how their vouchers work. On the 29th of August I used a 500percent voucher, made a deposit of R 1000 and was credited R 6 000. The play through was R 180 000.

I started playing R 25 bets and chugging along nicely until I hit a win of R 30 000 odd. I then checked the play through and I was on R 120 000 still needed. So I increased the bet to R 62.50 and then got another nice payout of R 30 000 odd. My balance was on R 68 000 at this stage.

I then increased my bet to R 125 to get through the play through faster. I still needed about R 30 000 in play through at this stage, so even if I lost, I would still have a nice payout when the play through is done.

At the end of the day, I had R 25 000 withdrawable when the play through was finished. I then requested R 20 000, very happy with my winnings.

To my shock, I received the following message from Springbok

Thank you for your patience regarding your R 20,000.00 withdrawal via Bank Wire.

Please note, according to our Terms and Conditions:

22. Max bet rule for all bonuses is R100.00. Any winnings plus bonus amounts derived from such bets will be voided.

You have redeemed the bonus 500AUG and you broke the maximum bet rule 137 times on the game Sweet 16 and average bet of R 125.00 during the bonus playthrough.

Under normal circumstances, all winnings would be voided, however we are willing to make a one time exception of R 10,000.00 due to your account status and we want to build a credibility when it comes to payments.

The exceeding funds have been removed

I am sure I read the terms and conditions when I joined, but I totally forgot about this. But my interpretation of this rule is that if you play a bet of more than R 100, and win, then THAT win will be voided. I did not win anything when I played the bets of more than R 100. If I had some wins then, and they deducted those wins, I would understand. But I lost.

Please can you comment on my situation. I have asked them about this, but they are not replying.
