Springbok - Payout withdrawal Request Declined


Found for the Player - This group allow players to claim a bonus while waiting on a withdrawal specifically to allow themselves to void the withdrawal.

Player's Complaint

I won R 4,690.00 ,I then submitted my payout request, which I also got confirmation same day. I sent my info for account verification, which i recieved a approval email back for confirmation of documents and approval.

I then continued playing with money left after requesting my payout and traded in my points which was still in my account and then I played a coupon which allowed me to take and as far as my knowledge, the casino software will only allow you to take if you are allowed and prevent you to take when requested this was after my documents approval email of the 3rd of May 2020 which in any case did not benefit me at all because i was left with nothing left in my account afterwards.

NO WHERE on the site that we are automatically redirected to when you create an account (and play, so its saved as a bookmark) are there ANY mention of T&C - nor does it state that you are not allowed to play bonus coupons when you have a withdrawal and why does the casino software not decline you when trying to request any coupon to play ,just like when you want to deposit money while your payout request is sumitted.

Because, when I wanted to deposit to start playing again, it blocked me and said I was not allowed to deposit until such time as the withdraw has been paid.

There were NO "stop/not allowed" messages (as one would think there would be when I wanted to make a deposit) or request a coupon to play, as it does, when you try to claim 2 bonus coupons back to back without a deposit.

And now I receive a email stating they declining my payout,

I feel this is unfair to me as a customer and unreasonable to be treated this way,as i did not benefit with any money or extra's after requesting my Springbok casino cash withdrawal payout for my account was having nothing in my account before recieving the email showing my request for withdrawal was declined.

Sadly there is nothing we can do to help you. Springbok Casino carry the following term:

"25. Players with one or more pending withdrawals currently in their account are not eligible to receive any bonuses, promotional or otherwise, until such withdrawals are either processed or cancelled. Abuse of this policy, as defined by the casino, may result in cancellation of the player's winnings"

This group of operators has used this term in a predatory historically, citing it to void the pending withdrawal rather than the winnings from the bonus that was claimed while there was a pending withdrawal. While we entirely disagree with this practice, having discussed this issue with them at length they will not change their position.
