Player's Complaint

I deposited at uptown aces. Actually made a few consecutive deposits without winning anything or attempting cashout. Then I win enough to cash out $410 and left like $50 bucks or so in to play. Lost that and redeemed a $20 manager loyalty bonus that was placed in my coupon section .lost that. Then I redeemed a free spins code that was sent to my email for deposited that deposited between aug.24th-aug31st. lost that . Then I redeemed a free spins trial for a game..lost that. Now I understand that I redeemed multiple free bonuses in a row. What I dont get is why they wanna void my winnings which I made and a withdrawal I requested PRIOR to redeeming any free bonuses. Plus they enticed me with these offers placing them in my coupon section and sending me an email. My withdrawal winnings were completely and entirely separate from any bonuses I used thereafter. That's like saying that I should receive all my money from past no bonus deposits that I lost on because I won money with a free bonus they gave me. Sounds stupid right? Why would they give me money I lost fair and square just because I won with a free bonus. Just like it's stupid to withhold my money that I won fair and square with my own money and requested withdrawal before I played with any bonuses. I want my money back at the very least from that deposit I made if not all of them I made that week. The lady tried to entice me saying I have cashback available if I would like to try my luck again. Can you Believe that? So now it's ok for me to redeem cashback since I have no withdrawal pending even though I just admitted to doing more than 1 in a row after my withdrawal request. They were not only offering but SUGGESTING I use another. I'm livid. Please help me... Thank you

I wanted to point out that In line 7 of uptown aces bonus terms and conditions, the wording used states "Players with one or more pending withdrawals currently in their account are not eligible to RECEIVE any bonuses, promotional or otherwise, until such withdrawals are either processed or cancelled".
