I played at Uptown Aces and was able to cashout. I didn't know that there was a cap on how much you could bet. I think I bet one round of 12.50 and I had no idea that was not allowed. It said winnings from that would be voided. So,they took all of my money. I would just like to get my payout. I am okay if they take the winnings that should be voided. I will know that in the future. I hope you can get my money for me. Thanks [EDIT].
This is a follow-up to my complaint. If there is any way you can get me my money, I would greatly appreciate it. I tried to get them to send me a copy of my betting history, so I can see for myself. I haven't heard back from them.
I still haven't received a copy of my betting history on my deposit.
Hi Imachiz,
We've received a truncated section of your play history that shows a total of 49 spins at $12.50. If you want to see this let me know and I'll email it over.
Thanks,

Hi Imachiz - welcome back!
Unfortunately it's unlikely we'll be able to do anything to help you in this instance. If you've breached bonus terms and conditions you've violated a contract you agreed to. At that point the operator are within their rights to void the contract and reset the balance to pre-contract conditions.
The only possible exception to this would be if it is only a single violating bet placed by accident and that bet resulted in zero returned. If that's the case please let me know.
Thanks,
ThePOGG
