Player's Complaint
Denied my first withdrawal attempt after a painful verification process where they ask for everything but my first born. That took over 3 weeks. Then I finally get on a roll and play through all their playthrough requirements (which are higher than most) and then they tell me I used too many bonuses and denied my money. First they require you to do bonuses in order to redeem there are 3 steps...then in live chat tonight they says I used over 2 bonuses so it was denied. Not even let me pay it out...[EDIT]....then I come on here and see they are blacklisted for unethical business practices!!! OMG SCAMMERS

They were not specific...as you can see they denied a bunch. I was only allowed to use free spin code after a deposit. After they took my money they allowed free spins, after which denied what I won.

Hi moose2019, Sadly there is nothing we can do to help you. The Uptown Aces bonus terms and conditions include the following:
"19. When a customer uses two or more free bonuses without making a real money deposit in between, management reserves the right to void any bonuses and winnings."Both FEB2021BYE and DOUBLE200WITCH were no deposit bonuses and were claimed without a deposit in between.
