Player's Complaint

The Name of the Casino is "Winny". I couldnt find it there so i randomly clicked one. The casino does not pay me my total amount of €3000. Before that everything worked without any problems. The support told me that the money was transferred. 10 days have passed and the money is still not in the account. The payout was confirmed on 03/04/2022.

Hi Aho96,

Can you please forward to the operator a bank statement showing from the 4th of March until today. You will be looking for four transactions of €700, €500, €600 and €1200. If you cannot locate these, forward the statement to the operator and let us know once you have done so.
