1xBet - takin money hostage

Hello!

I deposited money in 1xbet a year ago, i was playing alot of casinos and forgot my deposit of 1000sek in the account. I have stopped playing and was going to make a withdrawal. (notice i didnt accept any bonus, this is just my money)

i have lost my old creditcard and have a new one. They didnt accept old or new card photo for withdrawal and said i have to bet full amount once in sports to make a withdrawal.

I bet on tennis anderson vs thiem, i bet thiem as winner. Then they erase my bet when winning!

When i ask why they say its illegal to have two accounts. I answer, well give me proof that i have two accounts.

Then they answer:As is stated in section 2.7 of our Terms and Conditions, the bookmaker reserves the right to refuse to accept a bet from any individual without giving a reason.

i got chocked, i need to make a bet to withdraw money but when i do and win they refuse it, without any reason.

Then when i get upset they demand the betslip, but i say they have erased my bettingslip.

they refuse to give me my money back.
