Found for the Casino - The player admits that they broke the maximum allowed bet term while playing with a bonus. 21Casino are within their rights to void winnings.
Read our 21 Casino Review.
I recently joined 21casino (not sure if 21 as specified above is the same one?) and the games are great. I took the welcome bonus but stupidly didn't read the terms (I know I should know this by now :() I did really well and won £2000 - but they are refusing to pay because I did several bets over £5 (not many but a handful). Unfortunately I think I know the answer to this, but is it right that they can confiscate all of my winnings? Not just the ones when I played over the amount? This seems really harsh! They should make it so you are unable to breech the terms or just not count the over-the-limit bets in the bonus playthrough? I have sent my plea to the complaints department in the hope that they can see it was an honest mistake, but they have not replied. Any advice? Amy

Hi amesgeorge - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
Firstly is this 21casino.com?
Unfortunately it's very unlikely we can do anything to help you here. The reality is that when you accept a bonus you agree to a contract. If you then violate the rules of that contract the operator are within their rights to void the contract and reset both parties to pre-contract conditions. There is some room for discussion where a single bet has been accidentally placed, or where all bets over the limit have resulted in losses, but if you've placed multiple bets over the limit there's no operator that's going to overlook this.
Sorry we can't be of more help,
